THE INITIAL PLACEMENTS

Ebony won the Roll to Start - the three ebony flags are on top. Anyone can roll to see who starts.

The First Initial Placement - EBONY

Ebony may place his Wanax, from his Palace, on any of the 79 white squares in the Labyrinth that he chooses.

The Second Initial Placement - TURQUOISE

Turquoise must place his Wanax on any white square (8) in the Labyrinth that engages the Ebony Wanax.

The Third Initial Placement - IVORY

Ivory must place his Wanax on any vacant white square (7) that engages the Turquoise Wanax.

The Fourth Initial Placement - TERRACOTTA

Terracotta must place his Wanax to engage the Ebony or Ivory Wanax (12 squares to choose from).

From now on, each player rolls the TZUKH dice in turn for a POST or MOVE

with up to 616 possible ways of playing in a turn.
